When It Falls was a Top 10 album, peaking at No. 4 in the UK album charts and spending a total of 24 weeks in the charts, selling over a quarter of a million copies. In the U.S., the album entered the Billboard Dance/Electronic chart at #3 and stayed in the Top 20 for nearly thirteen months.

This special 20th anniversary edition mirrors the original release, cut over four sides using the original artwork, but now pressed on heavyweight 180g translucent orange and translucent green vinyl. The cutting, by engineer Kevin Metcalfe, uses his original cutting notes.
