Cole Stacey – A Live Listening Experience of Lyrical Storytelling & Alt-Folk Atmosphere FRIDAY 4 JULY

£5.00

Jul 4, 2025, 7:30 pm

Cole Stacey is a visceral and lyrical songwriter whose music moves between British folk, ambient electronics, spoken word, and 80s-tinged alt-pop. Following a string of sold-out shows and the release of his acclaimed debut solo album Postcards From Lost Places, Cole brings a unique “live listening party” to 12 Bar — performing the album in full, track by track.

It’s intimate. Immersive. And unlike a typical gig — this is about slowing down, listening deeply, and connecting through song and story.

With comparisons to Ben Howard, Nick Drake, and India Electric Company, Cole’s performances are grounded in history, place, and emotional honesty.

Recent highlights include:
✔️ Postcards From Lost Places entered the UK Album Chart at #57 and Official Folk Chart at #20
✔️ Solo UK tour following the release — multiple sell-out dates
✔️ Tours and collaborations with Midge Ure and India Electric Company
✔️ Performances at The Royal Albert Hall, Glastonbury, and historic venues across Europe

Expect beautiful songwriting, field recordings, ambient textures and a night rooted in connection and storytelling.
