That process gives \u003cem\u003eCorps Perdu\u003c\/em\u003e an open-ended quality: the record feels less like a closed statement than one iteration of an ongoing inquiry into how sound and language can reshape one another.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAcross ten tracks, intuitive hand-held melodies are worked through dense processing and rhythms that resist settling into straightforward dancefloor grooves.
