Throughout the 1970s, TK Records, founded by Henry Stone, became one of the most important forces in black music, successfully pioneering the evolution from gritty funk and soul to the rise of disco in the mid-'70s.

This album is a thrilling journey through soul, funk, disco, and boogie, packed with million-selling hits like Betty Wright's Clean Up Woman, Timmy Thomas's Why Can't We Live Together, and T-Connection’s Do What You Wanna Do. It also features rare groove club anthems like Gwen McRae's All This Love I'm Giving and Milton Wright's Keep It Up, alongside hard-to-find gems from Raw Soul Express, Chocolate Clay, Beginning of the End, and more.
