Ordering & delivery
We ship every order carefully — new vinyl and pre-loved records alike — in proper protective packaging so it arrives ready for the turntable. Orders are usually processed within a few days; some pre-orders and imports naturally take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if that's the case.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes — choose store pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready at 12 Bar Music & Social, usually within 24 hours.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Get in touch at 12barmusicandsocial@gmail.com to start a return — full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do you buy and sell secondhand records?
Both. Our Pre-Loved shelves are stocked with carefully chosen secondhand vinyl, and if you've got records gathering dust, we'd love to take a look — find out how selling to us works.
What kind of records do you stock?
A curated mix spanning jazz, soul, funk, ambient and electronic, indie and alternative, classic rock, folk, hip-hop and neo-soul, world music and more — new pressings and reissues alongside secondhand finds. If you're not sure where to start, our Essentials shelf is a good place to dig in.
